Choose the apps
Pick the places where five minutes tends to become an hour.
A calmer way to notice the scroll
Come To helps you notice when scrolling turns automatic. Choose your apps, set a timer, and let the goose remind you when it is time to come back.
That's enough
for now.

How it works
Come To is intentionally small. Set the boundary once, then get out of the app and use your phone normally.
Pick the places where five minutes tends to become an hour.
Group related apps together or give different app groups different limits.
When the active timer runs out, the goose interrupts the loop and hands the choice back to you.
A reminder, not a punishment
Come To does not need a dashboard full of guilt, streaks or motivational quotes. It creates one clear moment where automatic scrolling has to become a choice again.
Step away, or deliberately start another interval.
Local-first
No Come To account. Open the app and set up your timers.
No content reading. The timer cares which selected app is active, not what is on your screen.
No forced lockout. The interruption is visible, but the next action stays yours.

You choose the apps that pull you in and set a timer. Come To counts active use of those selected apps and interrupts the session when the timer reaches the limit you chose.
Yes. Apps in one timer share that timer's countdown, and you can add more timers with different limits and optional names for other app groups.
No. The goose interrupts the session and gives you a decision point. Come To does not permanently lock you out of the app.
No. Come To uses Android app-activity information for timer behavior. Its optional app-switching service is designed around package changes and does not read screen content.
The first Android release is free, does not require a Come To account, and keeps its core timer data on the device.
