Need help with Come To?

Most Come To problems come from Android permissions or aggressive background-management settings. Start with the checks below; if the goose still refuses to work, use the developer support contact.

The timer is not starting

  • Confirm Usage Access is enabled for Come To.
  • Confirm notifications are allowed.
  • Confirm Display over other apps is enabled so the interruption reminder can appear.
  • Open Come To and make sure at least one app is assigned to a timer.

The timer pauses or stops in the background

Some Android manufacturers aggressively restrict background apps. Open Come To's Background & battery settings and allow unrestricted or high background activity where your phone offers that option.

On vivo/iQOO and Xiaomi devices, manufacturer-specific battery controls can be especially important.

App switching is optional

Come To can use an optional Accessibility service to react to foreground-app changes faster. It only uses window package changes for timer routing and does not read screen content or perform actions inside other apps.

If you prefer not to enable it, choose periodic checks instead. Monitoring remains available with the fallback mode.

Privacy and permissions

Read the full Privacy Policy for the exact data and Android access used by the first release.

Still stuck?

Use the developer contact shown on Come To's Google Play listing. When reporting a technical problem, include your phone model, Android version, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. Come To also has a local Copy diagnostic report action that can help investigate timer behavior.
